Shipping — Cosmic Style

Once your order rolls out from our hands and onto the highway, it’s riding with the carrier from there. That means we can’t take responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit, and we’re not able to offer refunds or replacements in those cases.

If something doesn’t look right on an order—pricing glitches, misused codes, or anything outside the lines—we reserve the right to cancel it before it ships.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Shipping Timeline

We do our best to get everything packed up and on the move within 2–5 business days (excluding pre-orders). Sometimes the road gets a little winding—high volume, production delays—but we’re always working to keep things flowing steady.

Once your order ships, you’ll get tracking info sent your way. Give it up to 72 hours to fully light up.

Delivery windows look like this:
- U.S. orders usually land within 3–7 days after shipping  
- International orders can take 2–4 weeks (sometimes longer depending on customs)

After it leaves us, it’s in the carrier’s rhythm. For the latest updates, reaching out to them directly will get you the clearest picture.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Just know that international deliveries can stretch past 30 days, and tracking updates may come in a little sparse.

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes. If those fees are declined and the package makes its way back to us, we’ll issue a refund once it returns—minus shipping.


Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are your way of calling something in early, but they won’t ship until everything’s ready. Estimated ship dates are listed on each product page, though sometimes the timing shifts beyond our control.

If your order includes a pre-order item, the whole package will ship together once everything’s in hand. If you want in-stock items sooner, it’s best to place a separate order.


Address Accuracy

Make sure your shipping address is dialed in at checkout. Once an order’s on the move, we can’t reroute it. If a package comes back to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll refund the order once it returns (shipping costs are non-refundable).
