Returns & Refunds Cosmic Style
We’ve got a 30-day return window—plenty of time to feel it out. That means you’ve got 30 days from the moment your order lands to request a return.
To keep things running smooth, items need to come back just like they left—unworn, unused, tagged up, and in their original packaging. You’ll also want to have your receipt or proof of purchase handy.
If you’re ready to start a return, reach out and we’ll get you rolling. Once approved, we’ll send over a return label along with the details on where to send it. Just a heads up—anything sent back without checking in first won’t make it through the gate.

Damages & Issues
When your order arrives, give it a good look over. If something’s off—damaged, defective, or not what you ordered—let us know right away. We’ll take care of it and make it right.
A Few Things That Can’t Come Back
Some items just aren’t built for the return trip—like perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized pieces, and personal care items. We also can’t accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Sale items and gift cards are final, too.

Exchanges
If you’re looking to swap something out, the quickest way is to return what you’ve got and place a new order once your return is accepted. Keeps things moving without missing a beat.
EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling Off
If your order’s headed to the European Union, you’ve got the right to cancel or return it within 14 days—no explanation needed. Same condition rules apply: unworn, unused, tagged, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return makes it back to us, we’ll inspect it and let you know if it’s approved. If all’s good, your refund will head back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Banks can take their own sweet time processing things, so give it a little space. If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you’re still waiting, reach out—we’ll help track it down.
